Choose the Right Cap
Auto Stop Spout (Controlled Pouring)
Designed to automatically stop flow when the receiving container is full, helping reduce overfilling and spills.
Ripper Cap (BEST FOR TOP-FILL TANKS)
Designed for fast liquid transfer into compatible openings at the top of a tank, with the jug held vertically in the pouring position.
- Minimum opening diameter: 1.42 inches.
- Recommended opening diameter: 1.5 inches or larger.
- Not suitable for openings on the side of a tank.
- The opening must be clear of filters or long filler necks that obstruct the nozzle.
- The ventilation line must be correctly installed in both the cap and jug handle.
- Obstructions can cause liquid to back up because of the high flow rate.
Replacement Cap Compatibility
Current Ripper Cap accessories fit current Tuff Jug models only. They do not fit previous jug generations. Match replacement accessories to your jug's size and model.
